What is the cancellation policy?
- If written notice of cancellation is provided by July 31: refund will be the amount paid, less a $25 processing fee.
- If written notice of cancellation is provided between August 1 and September 16: refund will be the amount paid, less a $50 processing fee.
- If written notice of cancellation is provided after September 16: refund will be 50% of the amount paid
No refunds will be given unless cancellation is submitted in writing to the CSC 2022 planning team at office@pcce.ca
Substitutions are permitted and can be completed by contacting office@pcce.ca.
Note: Cancellation of accommodation bookings must be made through The Fort Garry and comply with their associated policies.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and policies are applicable to the Christian Schools Canada conference to be held in Winnipeg Manitoba on September 27-29, 2022.
Photo/Video Release:
By attending this event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording of you and other participants may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.

Christian Schools Canada is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all conference participants. Words or behaviour that diminish, harass or abuse any person have no place in our community.
- We value dialogue, civil discourse, and edifying language appropriate to a community of care and respect. We avoid gossip, slander, obscenity, foolish talk and coarse joking, whether in face-to-face conversations or on social media.
- We seek to respect our guests and other conference attendees and will avoid speech or action that would disrupt the conference or other people’s participation in the event.
- We honour the work of speakers and presenters and will only record or distribute presentations, discussions, etc with permission.
The conference organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the conference without warning in response to any unacceptable behaviour. The conference organizers reserve the right to prohibit offenders from attending future conferences, online or in person.
