CSC Conference - Information for Sponsors

We are anticipating approx. 200-225 attendees to join us in Halifax from across Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia.

Sponsor Benefits

All Sponsors:

  • Sponsor table in a highly visible location at the conference venue, the Lord Nelson Hotel
    • You will be provided with a skirted table and a chair. There is enough space for your small banner stand to be set up beside or behind your table, if you'd like to bring one.
    • Sponsor tables will be set up in the Georgian Lounge, which is the entrance room to the conference event space.
    • If you will need an electrical outlet near your table, please let us know at
    • You may distribute any appropriate promotional handouts or materials from your table. *NO sponsor material is to be placed elsewhere in the conference space without prior written approval from the conference organizers. This includes the meal tables, coffee tables in the lounge, keynote or breakout rooms, or elsewhere in the hotel.*
  • Conference registration for your team members
    • As a sponsor, you are warmly invited to participate in all keynote sessions, breakouts, and meals. The full conference schedule can be found here:
    • Supporter level = 1 attendee included in sponsor fee
    • Contributor level = 2 attendees included in sponsor fee
    • Benefactor level = 3 attendees included in sponsor fee

At the Conference:

Set up at your sponsor table at the Lord Nelson Hotel in the Georgian Lounge room during one of these set up times:

Wednesday, September 25 between 7:30am – 4:00pm OR

Thursday, September 26 before 7:30am

All sponsor tables should be set up by 7:30am on Thursday, September 26.

If you need to ship your promotional materials to the conference, please let Sarah know at so we can coordinate receiving with the hotel. Boxes may not arrive any earlier than 2 days pre-event, or there will be a charge from the hotel.

Additional Benefits for Benefactor Level Sponsors:

  • Sponsor highlighted on CSC social media channel
  • Logo included on table signage in main conference room
  • Exclusive Sponsor Email with your graphics and text sent to all conference attendees pre-conference
  • 4-minute video or in-person message to attendees during a general session
    • Send 4-minute video (if using) to be played during a general session at the conference – OR coordinate with us about presenting a 4-minute in-person message instead.

  • Sponsorship promotion and link to your materials sent to all attendees in post-conference ‘thank you sponsors’ email
    • Send short blurb (250 words) about your company, to be included in a “Sponsor Highlights” email sent to all registrants post-conference.

  • Opportunity to have your ad read on “Every Square Centimetre” podcast
    • Connect with the Every Square Centimetre podcast team about your ad, to be read by one of their podcast hosts on an upcoming episode.

These terms and policies are applicable to the Christian Schools Canada conference to be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia on September 25-27, 2024.

Photo/Video Release:

By attending this event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording of you and other participants may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.

Code of Conduct

Christian Schools Canada is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all conference participants. All participants—including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and support staff—are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct. By participating in this conference, you are agreeing to adhere to this Code of Conduct.

  • We believe that every person is uniquely created to reflect the image of God and as such is worthy of the highest respect and dignity. This is true whatever the person’s characteristics including race, culture, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age. Words or behaviour that diminish, harass or abuse any person have no place in our community.
  • We value dialogue, civil discourse, and edifying language appropriate to a community of care and respect. We avoid gossip, slander, obscenity, foolish talk and coarse joking, whether in face-to-face conversations or on social media.
  • We seek to respect our guests and other conference attendees and will avoid speech or action that would disrupt the conference or other people’s participation in the event.
  • We honour the work of speakers and presenters and will only record or distribute presentations, discussions, etc with permission.

The conference organizers reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the conference without warning in response to any unacceptable behaviour. The conference organizers reserve the right to prohibit offenders from attending future conferences, online or in person.
