What does my registration fee include?

Are conference participants required to stay at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel?

Conference delegates are not required to stay at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel but should consider that the conference committee has negotiated special discounted room rates. Your patronage at the official meeting venue makes it possible for use to secure the space necessary for this event. The Ottawa Marriot Hotel not only offers discounted rates and the best networking opportunities but staying in the group block helps the conference committee meet its obligations to the hotel.

As part of the conference agenda, we are arranging a downtown walking tour for all delegates with visits to key Canadian capital locations. Thursday evening is a free evening, so delegates can further explore the city on their own.
